Who we are
Artemis Rental is a family car and scooter rental desk in Apollonia, Sifnos. For privacy questions contact info@artemisrental.gr.
Data we collect
When you send a booking enquiry we may receive your name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, travel dates, preferred vehicle, pickup notes, and message content. If you call or message us, we process the contact details you share. Server and security logs may record technical data such as IP address and browser type.
Why we use it
We use enquiry data to confirm availability, arrange pickup, and reply to you. We may keep messages for a reasonable period for customer service and accounting. We do not sell your personal data.
Analytics
Only after you accept analytics cookies may we load Cloudflare Web Analytics and/or Google Analytics (with IP anonymisation where configured) to understand aggregate traffic. If you choose essential cookies only, these scripts do not load.
Retention & sharing
We keep enquiry records as long as needed to handle your request and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymise them. We share data with service providers only as needed to operate email, hosting, or analytics you consented to.
